Mike opened another restaurant Parea in New York city, U.S. Unfortunately, it was closed in 2007 by mike. He then craeted another retaurant named Roast in 2008.

So far he has established several restaurants in America. His latest restaurant was established In 2016. It is Mabel’s BBQ in Downtown Cleveland.

Talking about his TV career, Mike featured in many TV shows. Some of them included  “The Chew” on ABC channel, “The Best Thing I Ever Ate”, “Food Feuds” and “Iron Chef America”, etc.
